Workday Prism Reporting Analyst-RemotePay: 68/hr W2 maxLocation: remoteTitle: Workday Prism Reporting AnalystDuration: 3 months may extendCandidates need to be very workday reporting focused and have strong Prism Experience
  • Report Development: Design and build custom reports using Workday Prism Analytics, including advanced, matrix, composite, and dashboard reports. This includes leveraging calculated fields, filters, and business objects to meet business needs
  • Data Integration & ETL: Implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from Workday into Snowflake. This includes using Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Workday Studio, and outbound integrations to move structured data such as worker, compensation, and benefits data
  • Metadata & Lineage: Define metadata tagging strategies in Snowflake to track data lineage from Workday HCM, enhancing auditability and compliance
