We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Prism Analytics Consultant to design, build, and deploy enterprise-wide data integration and analytics solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex financial/HR data and actionable business intelligence by bringing external data into Workday Prism, blending it with Workday foundational data, and delivering high-impact pipelines and reports. Key Responsibilities : 1. Data Architecture & Pipeline Development :
- Design and build robust data ingestion pipelines from external sources (e.g., Salesforce, legacy ERPs, data warehouses) into Workday Prism.
- Perform complex data transformation, blending, and modeling using Prism Functions, Joins, and Groupings. 2. Report & Dashboard Authoring :
- Create advanced reports, Discovery Boards, and operational dashboards utilizing Prism Data Sources (PDS).
