Job Description
Prism Analytics Development & Support
Design, develop, and support Workday Prism Analytics datasets, including data ingestion, transformation, and modeling.
Integrate Workday and non-Workday data sources into Prism using delivered connectors, EIBs, and data files.
Build calculated fields, derived datasets, and business logic within Prism.
Troubleshoot Prism data issues related to data loads, transformations, and performance.
Reporting & Insights
Develop advanced reports and dashboards leveraging Prism-enabled data.
Support complex reporting requirements that cannot be met by standard Workday reporting.
Partner with functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reconciliation with source systems.
Security & Data Governance
Implement and maintain Prism security, including domain and dataset access controls.
