• It entails detailed hands on technical and functional knowledge of workday and the domain. Ability to configure to specs, ability to facilitate requirements sessions as needed and a deep understanding of the best practices. Since none of these domains operate in isolation, the individuals needs to cross collaborate with other related work streams.

• A consultant with a sense of urgency and strong delivery focus
