Our leading energy client is looking for a Workday Payroll Analyst to join their team. This role will be primarily onsite - 4 days a week at their Toronto office.As a Workday Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing the global ERP platform to align with evolving business objectives. Your primary focus will be providing technical and functional expertise across various Workday modules, particularly Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, Talent, Performance, and related services. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, the Workday team, and external partners to assess business needs, design solutions, ensure system integrity, and support operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:
Support and manage Workday ERP system, primarily focusing on HCM modules: Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Talent, Performance, Succession, and Payroll.
