Workday Manager/Architect

The Workday Architect is responsible for facilitating the future growth of AML RightSource by ensuring optimal configuration and architecture of Workday to support Human Resources, Payroll, Recruitment, Benefits, and other processes and modules used.

This role involves owning the overall technical and functional architecture of the Workday platform, ensuring it aligns with the organization's strategic objectives and operational needs. The Workday Architect will lead the team of Workday administrators, driving the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable solutions.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with business leaders, stakeholders, and the global Workday team to facilitate the gathering and translation of business requirements into effective Workday configurations, maximizing functionality and optimizing processes for maximum efficiency through expert knowledge in configurations and Workday modules.
