Responsibilities:
  • Research and analyze Workday integration tickets, identify root causes, troubleshoot issues, implement fixes, and update documentation in line with internal standards.
  • Design, build, test, and support new Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Connectors, Web Services, and EIBs.
  • Maintain and enhance existing integrations, proactively proposing improvements to stability, performance, and scalability.
  • Provide expert guidance to business stakeholders on Workday Integration capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
