This role is central to ensuring seamless operations, timely resolution of issues, and effective coordination across technical and functional teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on technical expertise across Workday integration tools, combined with leadership abilities to guide support activities, reassign work, and drive continuous improvement. You will act as the primary owner of Jira triage, ensuring issues are properly reviewed, prioritized, and assigned for resolution, while also contributing to enhancements and new development efforts as needed.
