<ul> <li><b>Integration Development:</b> Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, WECI).</li> <li><b>Full Lifecycle Support:</b> Lead or support the full project lifecycle, from requirement gathering, analysis, and design to configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.</li> <li><b>Technical Consulting:</b> Translate business requirements into technical integration specifications.</li> <li><b>Data Migration & Reporting:</b> Handle complex data conversions and develop custom reports.</li> <li><b>Collaboration & Leadership:</b> Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams to guide configuration and testing, mentoring junior team members.</li> <li><b>Troubleshooting:</b> Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration errors and failures. </li> </ul>
