Job Description
- Integration Development: Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, WECI).
- Full Lifecycle Support: Lead or support the full project lifecycle, from requirement gathering, analysis, and design to configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
- Technical Consulting: Translate business requirements into technical integration specifications.
- Data Migration & Reporting: Handle complex data conversions and develop custom reports.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams to guide configuration and testing, mentoring junior team members.
- Troubleshooting: Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration errors and failures.
