Job Description
About the Role: The Senior HRIS Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing HRIS systems to ensure stability, scalability, and alignment with business needs. This role will lead the design and implementation of automation solutions, integrations, and reporting capabilities across platforms in Workday HCM.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience working with HRIS systems, with expertise in Workday HCM configuration, automation, integration, and reporting.
Workday HCM expertise is required, including hands-on experience with for example Workday Studio, Extend, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs.
Experience in HRIS system administration and optimization, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and compliance.
Experience with iPaaS tools like Workato or other integration platforms is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to troubleshoot technical issues and improve system performance.
