About the role
Reporting to the HRIS Manager, this Workday HRIS Integrations Engineer (Hybrid) role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and other HR systems and applications. As a key member of the HRIS team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless data flows and system connectivity to support the HR operations of KMC Solutions.
Qualifications
Significant experience (3+ years) in Workday HRIS integrations, with a strong understanding of integration tools and techniques
Proficient in data mapping, transformation, and integration technologies, such as Workday Studio, Mulesoft, or Boomi
Experience with SOAP/REST APIs, XML, XSLT, and web services
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
Familiarity with HR-related systems and applications, including payroll, benefits, and talent management
