Cathcart Technology is looking for an HR Systems Manager to take ownership of their Workday environment in Edinburgh. This role will lead the next phase of a mature Workday journey within a large SaaS organisation and unlock greater value through optimization and automation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Workday expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and will be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with operational delivery. The role offers a salary circa £80k, along with a bonus and benefits package.
