Job Description:
  • Knowledge Base: > 5+ years’ experience.
  • Configuration experience working (some or most) on functional areas like: Core HCM, Compensation, Time tracking, Benefits, Payroll, Security administration etc.
  • Work with recruitment/talent management to configure and update workflows, rules, validation, notifications etc.,
  • Work experience integrating Workday with other ERP and enterprise systems using APIs, Integration templates, connectors etc.,
  • Analyze complex integrations and predict the release impacts in advance and plan for regression testing as needed
  • Be an active part of workday community to find industry trending solutions for problem statements and come up with recommendations for betterment of the Workday implementation
  • Ability to manage and maintain data in compliance with regulatory needs of the organization and geographic location
