Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant Learning to implement, configure, and support the Workday Learning module. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Workday HCM, experience gathering business requirements, and the ability to deliver scalable learning and development solutions. Key Responsibilities :
- Configure, implement, and maintain the Workday Learning module based on business requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements from HR and Learning & Development stakeholders.
- Design and implement Workday Learning solutions, enhancements, and process improvements.
- Manage learning content, courses, certifications, learning campaigns, and training programs.
- Configure security, business processes, notifications, and reporting within the Learning module.
