Workday HCM Functional Consultant

We’re looking for a Workday HR Functional Consultant with strong hands‑on expertise in Core HR configuration, and deep functional knowledge across Compensation, Security, and Change Job processes. Experience with Kainos EDM will give you a strong edge.

What You’ll Do

• Configure and maintain Workday Core HR modules to support accurate, efficient HR operations
• Implement and manage Compensation structures and workflows
• Define and maintain Security roles & permissions within Workday
• Support and optimise Change Job processes, ensuring compliance and smooth execution
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable Workday solutions
• Provide best‑practice guidance to enhance system performance and user experience
