& Requirements Who we are looking for
  • Workday professional who will deliver not only technology, but will collaborate with the clients on industry standards and leading practices in the core HCM domain, contribute to functional solutions that meet client needs and objective and apply Workday and Deloitte methodologies
  • Readiness to lead individually Workday HCM Core and Security deployments including responsibilities described above
  • 3+ hands-on configuration experience of Workday HCM Core and implementation experience (at least 2 end to end cycles)
  • Advanced knowledge of Workday's deployment methodologies
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, advisory, and project management skills
  • Excelling in working in fast, dynamic, changing environment, effectively working under time pressure
  • Adapting quickly to new requirements, different client needs and new challenges
