The opportunity

The Senior Consultant – Workday Core HR & Recruiting will play a key role in the ongoing support, stabilization, and enhancement of the client’s Workday HCM environment, with primary focus on Core HR and Recruiting modules. The role will support day-to-day production issues, business process optimization, minor enhancements, release impact analysis, and stakeholder advisory across the employee and candidate lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 / Level 3 support for Workday Core HR and Recruiting processes in a live production environment.

  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues related to: Worker data
    Job changes
    Organizational assignments
    Position management
    Recruiting processes
    Candidate lifecycle transactions
    Hire and pre-hire processes
