Scope

  • Recruitment, Talent and Performance include day-to-day support tickets and working on enhancement requests with a primary focus on Workday HCM, Talent & Performance.
  • As part of the ASIS team, this position will help drive the technical advancement of the Workday HCM solution by troubleshooting production issues, implementing best practices, and delivering secure, compliant enhancements across Workday functional domains. Working on enhancements related to Workday HCM modules.

What You’ll Do

  • Support day-to-day operations and enhancements in Workday HCM, with primary focus on HCM, Talent & Performance.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, analyse root causes, and implement sustainable fixes across Workday functional areas.
  • Ability to extend work on different Workday Modules such as security, recruiting, and absence.
