Job Summary

We are looking for a
Workday Functional Consultant / HCM Specialist
to join our HR Technology team. This role focuses on
data audits, governance, documentation, reporting, and process optimization
within Workday rather than hands-on configuration design.

The ideal candidate has
strong Workday HCM Core experience
, prior
configuration exposure
, and working knowledge of at least
one additional Workday module
such as
Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, or Benefits
.
