Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Workday HCM specialist to join an HR technology team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Workday HCM (core module) and exposure to at least one additional module such as time tracking, absence, compensation, reporting, or benefits. Acceptable combinations include HCM + time tracking, HCM + benefits, or HCM + compensation.
This role focuses on data audits, governance, documentation, reporting, and process optimisationnot Workday configuration or functional design. However, previous configuration experience and extended module knowledge are required to provide valuable insights when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data audits, maintain governance standards, and ensure data integrity within Workday.
