You will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and deployment of Workday solutions for our clients. Your expertise will be critical in transforming HR processes and ensuring successful implementations across various Workday modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead functional design and configuration sessions with clients for Workday HCM and related modules.
- Configure and deploy Workday solutions in areas including Core HCM, Security, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into effective system configurations.
