Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and understand business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Configure, test, and implement changes in Workday modules like HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, or Payroll.
- Support HR and business users with day-to-day issues and system questions.
- Participate in new module rollouts, system upgrades, and testing activities.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields in Workday.
- Collaborate with IT and functional teams to ensure Workday works well with other systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and monitoring.
- Provide training and documentation to HR users and stakeholders.
- Support change management and communication during system updates or new functionality.
