Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and understand business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
  • Configure, test, and implement changes in Workday modules like HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, or Payroll.
  • Support HR and business users with day-to-day issues and system questions.
  • Participate in new module rollouts, system upgrades, and testing activities.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields in Workday.
  • Collaborate with IT and functional teams to ensure Workday works well with other systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and monitoring.
  • Provide training and documentation to HR users and stakeholders.
  • Support change management and communication during system updates or new functionality.
