Workday Functional Absence Professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Workday functional expert for Absence and Compensation modules.
• Participate in end-to-end Workday HCM implementations, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Configure Workday Absence policies, plans, eligibility rules, accruals, and reporting.
• Support Workday Compensation configuration including eligibility rules, compensation programs, and awards.
• Conduct data conversions, ensuring accuracy and completeness during migration to Workday.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define and implement integrations between Workday and other HR systems.
• Prepare functional design documents, test scenarios, and end-user training materials.
• Conduct workshops and provide guidance to clients on Workday best practices.
