Workday Extend Consultant


Location: Sunnyvale, CA (100% onsite – 5x/week)

Duration: 6 months

Rate: $50–$67/hr (C2C or W2)


We are seeking a Workday Extend Consultant to design and deliver custom applications that enhance the Workday platform. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Workday Extend and integrations, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom applications using Workday Extend
  • Build solutions leveraging XpressO, OMS, Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors
  • Partner with HR/Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs
  • Ensure best practices across security, performance, and user experience
  • Support full SDLC including design, development, testing, ...
