Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Workday Report Writer to join our global HRIS team. The primary responsibility of this role is to design, develop, and maintain high-quality, insightful reports and dashboards across Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM), Compensation, and Time & Absence modules. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on Workday reporting experience, a strong understanding of global HR data needs, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective, secure reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Report Development & Maintenance
Design and Build Reports: Independently develop, test, and deploy a variety of Workday reports including Simple, Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports, utilizing the Workday Report Writer toolset.
Calculated Fields: Expertly create and maintain Workday Calculated Fields (e.g., Aggregation, Lookup, Date, Text) to meet complex reporting and integration requirem...
