Workday Developer - Remote in Mexico

Qualifications

• Around 2 years of demonstrated and dedicated experience configuring Workday integration and working across multiple areas of Workday.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions within Workday and working cross functionally across global teams.
• Understanding of key HR concepts and processes.
• Decent knowledge in additional Workday modules apart from integration is a plus.
• Good understanding with Workday core functionality, including Security, Reporting, Integrations, Business Processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills, including written and verbal communication.
• Advanced knowledge of Workday EIB, Studio, Document Transformation and Cloud Connect. Experience in creating data flows between Workday systems and HRIS system and understanding integration - messaging patterns is a must.
