Role: Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant / Analyst

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Hyderabad, Kolkata

Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Workday Adaptive Planning models, sheets, and dashboards
• Build budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting models
• Manage data imports and integrations with ERP and HR systems
• Support monthly/quarterly planning cycles
• Troubleshoot model issues and maintain system accuracy
• Work with Finance and HR teams to understand planning requirements

Required Skills:

• Hands‑on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A concepts
• Good Excel and analytical skills
• Experience with dashboards and reporting in Adaptive Planning
