  • Deep Understanding on Workday including: Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Offboarding, Talent Management & Learning, C&B, Time Management.

Workday Development Lead - Lead enhancement & Change delivery:

  • Solution Architect for the platform.
  • Manages Workday enhancement backlog (Grow/Transform)
  • Reviews configuration proposals for impact & compliance
  • Oversees Workday Dev team (functional + integration + analytics)
  • Ensures alignment with architectural standards
  • Coordinates UAT, release cycles, and deployment approvals

Functional Configurator - Build and enhance Workday configurations

  • Designs & configures new business processes, rules, and validations
