Workday Consultant

Implements, configures, and optimizes Workday's cloud-based HCM or Financial applications to meet business needs, acting as a liaison between technology and business processes. They lead workshops, gather requirements, configure system workflows, and provide functional or technical support throughout the full project lifecycle, including testing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• System Implementation & Configuration: Configure Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Financials, Supply Chain, Payroll) based on client requirements and best practices.
