This role combines functional and technical expertise in ERP HCM suites with strategic business development capabilities to support Business Development presales and client engagements for practice expansion.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate RFxs to understand clients HR Finance SCM and Payroll implementation or support requirements.
- Design and present tailored Workday solutions that align with client requirements and business goals.
- Collaborate with sales delivery and product teams to develop proposals RFP responses and solution demos.
- Manage pipeline growth through strategic outreach and relationship building.
- Stay current with Workday product updates industry trends and competitive landscape.
