We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Workday Architect to play a key role in the ongoing evolution of our global HR technology ecosystem. This role requires a strong background in Payroll systems and related processes , while also supporting broader HRIT initiatives across Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Absence. The ideal candidate will bring deep Workday expertise, a passion for and experience in AI and automation , and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
