Workday Analyst – Trainee
Guadalajara or Mexico City | Hybrid
We’re looking for a motivated Workday Analyst Trainee to join our team! In this role, you’ll work with Workday Financial Management and Workday HCM , supporting innovative projects that streamline financial processes and optimize systems.
What you’ll do
- Partner with your team to deliver excellence in every project phase.
- Configure Workday to meet customer requirements.
- Keep stakeholders updated on timelines, tasks, and risks.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
- 1 year of office experience preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Advanced English (conversational).
- Passion for customer service and teamwork.
