Your Responsibilities
- Provide 3rd-level support within the Workday Application Management Services (AMS) environment
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents and service requests in
- Workday HCM Core, Absence Management, and Time Tracking
- Perform root cause analyses and implement sustainable, long-term solutions
- Configure and optimize Workday business processes in line with functional and regulatory requirements
- Support Workday releases , including regression testing and system enhancements
- Collaborate closely with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and external partners
- Document solutions, processes, and best practices
- Act as a subject-matter expert, supporting and mentoring 2nd-level support teams
