Key Requirements:


  • Scope for extension and permanent placement)
  • Deep hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Compensation, including configuring compensation plans, grades, packages, budget pools, eligibility rules, and proration.
  • Strong understanding of compensation review cycles, merit, bonus, stock, and allowance programs.
  • Proven ability to support end-to-end annual compensation processes, troubleshoot business processes, and create calculated fields, reports, and dashboards for HR and leadership.
  • Experience with Workday integrations, EIBs, data loads, and advanced reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and compliant compensation management.
