A Workday Advanced compensation Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience in expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Advanced Compensation module. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience handling Workday Compensation configurations, workflows.
Skills And Qualification
3 to 5 years of experience as Workday Advanced compensation Consultant.
Configure core components of Advanced Compensation, including merit cycles, bonus plans, stock programs, and compensation review statements.
Set up and maintain Workday security roles, custom reports, and dashboards to support compensation processes.
Active Workday certification is desired.
Collaborate with the Client's Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.
