Job Description

THE SANDBOX Work Trade positions are specialized positions that help us fill gaps on our team. We ask for a six month commitment from Work Trade team members, and fill roles on a rolling basis.


In exchange for 4 hours a week of work, we are offering a coworking membership and five hours of meeting room time at THE SANDBOX per month. You’ll be able to access the space and all of its amenities exactly the same as any other SANDBOX member.

Responsibilities for all work trade positions include:

  • At least 4 hours a week working at THE SANDBOX. You’ll have a host shift that will help us extend our coverage hours and build our connections with the community.
  • Answering general questions about THE SANDBOX.
    You’ll be one of the first faces that people see when they enter THE SANDBOX, and you’ll be trained to be an expert on how we work, or goals and our memberships and event space. You’ll enjoy connecting to as you answer any question...
