Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and documentation of internal processes, guidelines, and reports related to customer experience

  • Support the maintenance and management of customer experience tools and systems to ensure they are functioning effectively

  • Conduct research and data analysis to prepare for internal and external stakeholder workshops, and contribute to discussions with valuable insights

  • Conduct market research efforts to identify industry trends and best practices related to customer experience

  • Maintain and organize the Customer Experience TeamBase Page, including updating documentation and creating new content

  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external meetings and workshops related to customer experience
