Job Description
We are looking for a customer-oriented Work Controller/ Help Desk representative to join our Office Automation business. You will be responsible for the resolution and handling of any emerging problems that our clients might face, through the logging of calls with technicians. Experience in the Office Automation industry will be beneficial to this position
Responsibilities Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls on our help desk Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution. Assist with meter readings. Placing Orders (Consumables)Manual calculation of clicks done compared to the expected Yield.
