Role Title: Work based learning Practitioner - Landbased

Location: Deeside

Contract Type: Permanent: Full time

Salary: £33,912 - £38,218

We currently have a vacancy for a Work-based Learning Practitioner in the Land Based Team.

The Practitioner will assess Levels 2-4 for the full range of qualifications in Horticulture, Trees & Timber and Environmental Conservation in line with Awarding organisation requirements linked to skills and competence. 

Training Needs Analysis for learners, enrolment on appropriate courses and provide coaching, mentoring and learning opportunities as well as delivery of underpinning knowledge sessions to learners either on a 1-1 or workshop basis (recommended maximum group size 8)
