We are seeking a
WordPress Technical Lead *
to architect, standardize, and govern our growing portfolio of WordPress websites supporting home services brands (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical). This role is both hands-on and strategic — combining senior-level development capabilities with platform-level leadership.

You will serve as the technical authority responsible for enforcing architectural discipline, optimizing performance (particularly around Core Web Vitals), governing plugin usage, and ensuring consistency across a growing number of WordPress sites. The role is not about building individual sites, but about designing and maintaining a
