WordPress email notification configurations

I have a project with a different business we operate which I could use some additional help fixing issues with configuring email notifications we are not receiving (the business isn't getting the notifications but the customer is receiving them) and syncing with reservations on google calendar that are not pushing. I believe I know how to do the fix but am having issues setting it up and I imagine a developer could do it much more easily. Below is more details and explanation of proposed fixes that'll likely fix the emailing issues. I do not, however, understand what issues we continue to have on the reservations populating and pushing to google calendar.
