WordPress + Elementor Expert Needed

We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer with strong Elementor expertise to help us troubleshoot and optimize our website.
Our site is built on WordPress using Elementor. Currently, we are experiencing a homepage issue where:
- Some users are seeing the incorrect homepage
- Others (likely due to caching) are seeing the correct version
- The behavior is inconsistent and needs to be diagnosed and resolved properly
In addition, we believe our current plugin stack may not be optimal. We need someone who can:
- Audit our existing plugins
- Identify unnecessary or conflicting plugins
- Recommend and implement a cleaner, more efficient setup
- Ensure caching and performance are properly configured
We also have homepage updates that need to be implemented once the display issue is resolved.
