Objective

Build and maintain custom WordPress solutions aligned to the client's business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop custom themes, plugins, and templates as per the approved designs
  • Convert PSD/Figma layouts into responsive WordPress websites
  • Integrate third-party services like CRMs, payment gateways, or APIs
  • Optimize page load speeds, SEO tags, and responsiveness
  • Document reusable components and coding logic
  • Fix bugs, respond to QA issues, and support delivery head-on revisions

KPIs

  • Time taken per page/module delivery
  • % of bugs identified during QA
  • Number of client change requests post-delivery
  • Website speed score (Lighthouse or GTmetrix)
