WordPress Developer Needed – Modular Build

I'm looking for an experienced WordPress developer to replicate the layout and structure of an existing website.
This is a structural copy only — all branding, colours and content will be changed.
Key Requirements:
Design
Identical layout structure, spacing and section flow
Clean, modern, corporate feel
Fast loading and fully responsive
No page builders (no Elementor, Divi, etc.)
Lightweight custom theme build
Modular Build (Critical)
Each section must be built as reusable modules (e.g. hero, service blocks, text/image sections, CTA banners, testimonials, forms).
Requirements:
Sections must be reorderable
Sections must be duplicable
Content must be editable per page
Built for scalability (services + locations)
Forms
Built using Contact Form 7
Custom quote form (Figma provided)
Estimated pricing output at end of form
API integration (Streetmap)
Online pricing calculator in hero section (logic discussed later)
