Red Feather Tech is seeking a WordPress Developer with strong expertise in custom theme and plugin development. The ideal candidate should be comfortable building scalable, secure, and performance-optimized WordPress solutions from scratch, rather than relying solely on page builders.

Experience with Laravel will be considered a strong plus, especially for API-driven and custom backend integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins from scratch.
• Convert Figma/PSD designs into clean, responsive, and well-structured WordPress themes.
• Build custom functionalities without over-reliance on third-party plugins.
• Optimize WordPress websites for performance, security, and scalability.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services.
• Develop and customize WooCommerce features as per business needs.
