Responsibilities
  • Preparing tender drawing and tender requirements
  • Quantities taking-off, estimation and costing for tender and ongoing projects
  • Filling incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Undertaking early stage budget preparation and detailed cost planning
  • Source supplier quotation for tender costing
  • Review sub-contractors’ bids and negotiate contract order values
  • Prepare documentation for sub-contractors
  • Measurement using on screen take off and Glodon software
Requirements
  • At least 2 years’ working experience in Quantity Surveying in a main contractor
  • Experience with residential / commercial building projects
