The Graduate Assistant Coach will assist the Head Coach in all areas of operating an elite college sport program. The successful candidate will have the ability to multi-task efficiently, communicate at a high level, and be extremely organized. The Graduate Assistant Coach will report to the Head Coach of the assigned sport.

Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

  • Serve as a position/general sport assistant coach
  • Help with recruiting responsibilities
  • Prepare opponent scouting reports
  • Organize team travel (hotels, meals, etc.)
  • Assist in facility maintenance
  • Represent the sport program and the university in the community
  • Assist in monitoring CARA for the sport program
  • Assist with conducting and organizing team and individual practice and workouts
