Women’s Ministry Worker

GracePoint is seeking a Women’s Ministry Worker who loves Jesus, loves His people, and desires to see women of all ages grow in faith, godliness, and leadership. This role is ideal for someone with a heart for growth of women leadership, discipleship, strong relational gifts, and a commitment to Presbyterian doctrine and practice.

Position Overview

The Women’s Ministry Worker will focus on supporting the spiritual growth, pastoral care, leadership development and discipleship of women within the church community. Working under the oversight of the Session and in partnership with ministry staff, this role helps cultivate a Christ‑centred, biblically faithful, and relationally rich ministry among women of all ages and life stages.
