Task Description / Responsibilities:
Provide Business-As-Usual (BAU) support for WMS applications and related systems.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application/system issues in a timely manner.
Perform system support and maintenance in Unix/Linux environments .
Develop, maintain, and enhance Shell scripts for automation and operational efficiency.
Monitor system performance using tools such as Zabbix .
Manage code repositories and deployments via GitLab and JFrog .
Write, analyze, and optimize database queries using Oracle SQL and MySQL .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in application/system support.
Strong hands-on experience with Unix/Linux commands and Shell scripting .
Proficient in Oracle SQL and MySQL query language .
Familiarity with GitLab , JFrog , and Zabbix monitoring tools .
